NOTE: Please read the following terms & conditions of participation before completing your registration.

1. As a participant of NUS Splashdown 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the "Event"), I understand and will abide by all terms and conditions found here established by the Splashdown 2022 Organising Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Event Organiser"). The Event Organiser is from NUS University Lifeguard Corps (NUS ULC).

2. I acknowledge that the event details may be subjected to changes without prior notification to me.

3. I acknowledge that the contents of the Goodie Bag may be subject to change by the Event Organiser without prior notification to me.

4. I consent to photographs and video-recordings to be taken of me during the Event for use in publications and social media postings by NUS ULC. I acknowledge and agree that the copyright and all other intellectual property rights to the photographs, video-recordings or any other records taken of me for the Event (the “Material”) shall vest solely and absolutely in NUS ULC.

5. I agree that in the event of an event cancellation due to conditions beyond the control of the Event Organiser, my registration fees will not be refunded.

​

6. I am aware that the sign up fee is not refundable.

​

7. The Event Organiser will not be held responsible for any swimming-related accidents as well as medical injuries sustained during the course of the event duration. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner to ensure that they are fit and health to participate in the event.

8. Participants are strongly encouraged to swim at a pool where there are lifeguard(s) on duty, or alternately have someone at the pool with them in the event of an emergency.

​

9. The Event Organiser reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at its sole discretion and without prior notification to me.

​

10. Any changes to my particulars are subjected to approval by the Organising Committee.
